ITB - Scriber Creek Trail Phase 3 Construction (Readvertisement)

The improvement of approximately 21,700 lineal feet of shared use trail between 200TH ST SW and Wilcox Park and approximately 400 lineal feet of paved pathway between the shared use trail and 53rd AVE SW by clearing and grubbing, trimming wetland vegetation, removing structures and obstructions, removing timber bridges and wood abutments, roadway excavation, furnishing and installing steel pin piles, furnishing and installing elevated boardwalk structures, placing aggregates and hot mix asphalt, removing invasive species, landscaping including wetland and wetland buffer enhancement and plantings, installing benches, modifying catch basins, modifying traffic signal system, installing illumination system, erosion control, traffic control, pavement markings, and other work. Most of the work is located within the floodplain and buffer of a peat wetland and is subject to soil saturation and varying water levels.
