EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND SELF-FUNDED HEALTH PLAN LEGAL SERVICES
Central Arkansas Water (“CAW”) is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified law firms interested in providing Employee Benefits and Self-Funded Health Plan Legal Services.
The closing date for the receipt of Statements of Qualifications is Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM CT.
CAW reserves the right to reject any and all Statements of Qualifications and waive formalities when deemed to be in the best interest of the water utility.
