Project # 42M-08501-5J, Repair Fire Damage, Bldg. # 608, Room 207, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community – Rose Barracks which requires the following work:
- Dismantling, thorough cleaning, intermediate storage and re-mounting of sanitary equipment.
- Dismantling of the gypsum board ceiling and installation of a new ceiling.
- Basic cleaning of tile flooring and new wall tiling on top of existing tiling (except for the shower area).
- Basic cleaning of tiling and installation of water-tight sandwich slabs as new walls panels (shower area).
- Cleaning of wall and ceiling surfaces in the living/sleeping space of the apartment and subsequent new paint finish.
- Thorough cleaning of all floors as well as coating of PVC flooring.
- Replacing broken fly screen in window.
- Replace bathroom mirror cabinet including lighting.
- Install new ceiling lighting and fan in bathroom.
- Cut vent holes into bathroom door
- Install new ceiling lighting in living space and hallway
Perform final cleaning of all installed equipment, light switches, power outlets, radiators, doors and windows
