Special Instructions
1) Quoted prices must include all applicable taxes, handling, and shipping fees. We will
not be able to pay any charges not listed on the quote.

3) Products must be new in original factory packaging.

4) Only complete bids will be considered; partial bids will not be considered.

5) Substitutions must be approved prior to submitting the bid.

6) Vendor with winning bid over $2,500 must show proof of current Hawaii Certificate of
Tax Compliance before Purchase order can be awarded.

above certifications are due to the University. If the successful Offeror does not submit
the certifications by the date and time specified in the University’s written
notification, the successful Offeror’s proposal may be rejected. Thereafter, the
University reserves the right to consider other offers received for award.
