The project is generally described as the renovation of existing spaces in the existing Fluvanna Women's Correctional Center to create a new Laundry Area, as well as associated support spaces. The work shall include minor demolition, construction of a new chase wall, modifications to the concrete floor slab, and all indicated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing utility work.
