Description:
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Program Support Division, Facilities Management Area (Richmond Campus), is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide hazardous waste removal. CDPH intends to make a single contract award to the most responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest cost.
Contractor shall provide all required labor, equipment, transportation and materials (including drums, packing materials, and labels) necessary to package, label, transport, and properly dispose of or recycle the Department¿s hazardous waste. Contractor also agrees to provide immediate local response to a hazardous waste emergency whenever it is deemed necessary by the CDPH Project Representative.
