The Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC), in partnership with Minnesota Information Technology Service (MNIT), intends to renew an agreement with TimeClock Plus, LLC, for up to 36 months to provide Aladtech Enterprise Scheduling Software.
DOC has determined that Aladtech Enterprise Scheduling Software (AESS) is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product. DOC worked closely with the vendor to develop this specialized software and has invested over $1M in non-payroll costs to date. Changing to another tracking tool would lose the value of the State’s investment and create serious disruptions for guard staff at Minnesota Correctional Facilities. This is deemed a single source purchase because AESS is solely distributed and supported by TimeClock Plus, LLC and is not available from other third parties.
If anyone has any concerns regarding this single source opportunity you must contact Doug Snyder via e-mail to doug.snyder@state.mn.us before June 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT (Central Time). Note: Include the reference number and title of the posting in the subject line.
