The Minnesota Department of Commerce intends to purchase annual membership in NASCSP – National Association for State Community Services Programs. NASCSP is the sole national association charged with advocating and enhancing the leadership role of states in the administration of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). NASCSP connects peers in all the states and territories to share best practices, new program developments, reporting deadlines and funding opportunities through webinars, regional calls, trainings, newsletters and social media. The membership dues are calculated using a base dues amount and a percentage of state allocation of federal funds for each state.
