Bids will be accepted only from pre-qualified bidders who attend the mandatory virtual pre-bid conference. Contractors planning to attend the mandatory virtual pre-bid conference shall contact Tony Marusiak (tony.marusiak@state.co.us) by 5pm on October 13, 2025. |
