The Minnesota Department of Health intends to enter an agreement with the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials to purchase an annual membership for the agency.
This renewal has been deemed a single source as the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials is the only organization that can provide the specific access and membership benefits that are the Department of Health requires to complete day to day work. This has been determined due to the everchanging landscape of public health, and the intention of keeping an ongoing positive relationship between other territories in the state.
