| Pre-Bid Meeting Info: | Mandatory attendance at the pre-bid meeting and site review is required for all prime contractors in order to bid this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to attend. The meeting will be held August 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Star Valley Community Complex, 107736 HWY 89, Etna Wyoming. • Presentation 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. • Site visit 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. • Follow up question and answer session 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This meeting will cover administration of the contract, sequencing and other related items. Questions are encouraged at the pre-bid meeting. No individual showings will be given. Attendance list requests are to be emailed to the engineer (darrin.robinson@wyo.gov). The pre-bid meeting minutes will be available as an addenda. |
