The City of Council Bluffs (City) is seeking proposals from qualified trust departments of a federally-insured financial institution (Firm or Contractor) to provide investment management, custodial, reporting, and administrative services for the River’s Edge Development Maintenance Reserve Fund. The Maintenance Reserve Fund shall be invested and administered in compliance with the City of Council Bluffs Investment Policy, as amended from time to time, unless otherwise approved by the City and authorized by applicable law. |
