    The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Kansas City District is seeking to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for the Rental of various types of Heavy Equipment by MoDOT KC staff on an as-needed basis. This bid is for when rentals are needed, MoDOT KC will use this price agreement to choose a vendor based on factors such as cost, availability, and project proximity to the project location. This bid will be awarded on a "multiple award" basis. The contract period will be from Notice of Award through September 30, 2026 with four (4) one-year renewal options.
