MU Health Care is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms interested in providing general laboratory supplies and distribution services.
The selected supplier will:
- Provide general laboratory supplies for diagnostic, research, and clinical lab use.
- Maintain stock levels of key items at their distribution centers.
- Deliver supplies to AMC facilities on a defined schedule and in response to urgent requests.
- Offer inventory solutions (e.g., stockless, low-unit-of-measure delivery).
- Support product substitutions, backorder management, and emergency logistics.
This RFP may be awarded to a single or multiple suppliers as determined to be in the best interests of MUHC at the sole discretion of MUHC.
