The Lift Station is currently experiencing operational challenges due to growth and increased pressure on the HRSD force main. As a result, sewer overflows have become a recurring issue that requires immediate attention. To address these concerns, JCSA is proposing specific upgrades to the lift station, aimed at mitigating existing problems and improving overall performance. The proposed improvements also include structural rehabilitation of the station building to ensure long-term reliability. It is the responsibility of each Bidder before submitting a Bid
