Amendment 02: Site Visit Rescheduled and Offer Deadline Extended

This amendment provides updated information regarding the rescheduled site visit and extends the offer deadline.

Site Visit:

• Date: 14 August 2025


• Time: 11:00 AM EST


• Attendee Information: Submit names of all attendees (Attachment 3 Visitor Information) to MSgt Bo Im (bo.im.1@us.af.mil ) and SMSgt Stacey Little (stacey.little.1@us.af.mil ) no later than 4:00 PM EST on 12 August 2025. Limit: 2 attendees per company.

• Arrival Time: 10:30 AM EST on 14 August 2025.

The RFQ has been re-uploaded to resolve an access issue.

Amendment 01: The site visit previously scheduled for August 6th has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for a later date. The new date will be posted on SAM.gov.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Vehicle Maintenance Air Compressor prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, parts, permits, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to perform the removal of the existing compressor and associated noncorrosive pipes plumbing, hose reals and quick disconnects to replace and upgrade the existing system to current standards, in accordance with the Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics.

A site visit will be held on 6 August 2025 at 09:00 AM EST.

Submit the names of all attendees (Attachment 3 Visitor Information) to MSgt Bo Im and SMSgt Stacey Little, not later than 4 August 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. Limit 1 name per company.

All attendees will meet at 09:00 AM EST on 6 August 2025 in the Main Visitor Center, 1832 Robert M Bond Dr. Joint Base Andrews, MD.
