This notice does not commit the US Government to contract for the services described herein. It also does not commit the US Government to pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in preparing their responses to this source sought notice.
It is anticipated that the U.S. Government will award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the inspection and testing of ground ladders, hoses, appliances and nozzles.
Attached to this notice is a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please note these draft documents are subject to change.
The Government is asking interested contractors to review the attached Draft PWS (with attachments) and submit the following:
a. A brief Capability Statement (NTE 1-2 pages), that outlines your firm’s capabilities in this industry. Additionally, include any prior experience performing contracts that are similar in scope.
