Bid Description:
Contractors are invited to bid on the EAFR Wilderness Barracks Renovation for the Vermont Army National Guard at The Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, Vermont. Project location is at 209 Barrack Loop, Jericho VT 05465. This project consists of, but is not limited to demolition of exiting latrine area and existing ductwork throughout the building, installation of new fire protection and fire alarm systems, new finishes to include carpet, paint, floor and wall tile, demolition and installation of electrical work, new HVAC equipment installation and associated duct work, earth work, concrete work, and plumbing work.

Site Visit:	Date: 6/12/2026 10:00:00 AM	Mandatory Site Visit
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on June 12th, 2026. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. The project location is at 209 Barracks Loop, Jericho, VT 05465. All workers will need to enter Ethan Allen Firing Range via the front gate at 113 Ethan Allen Rd, Jericho, VT 05465. Travel east on Ethan Allen Rd and take a right on to Essayons Rd. you will take your first right on the Barracks Loop and travel counterclockwise around the Barracks loop until you see building number 113 Wilderness at 209 Barracks Loop, Jericho VT, 05465.
