Project Description: The scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract with a qualified provider for fluorine free firefighting foam for airport crash vehicles utilized at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in conjunction with the Charlotte Fire Department for the purchase, delivery and other inherently related activities of fluorine free firefighting foam in compliance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth in this ITB.
