Description
The Town of Warren is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the installation of ADA-accessible bleachers. Work includes site preparation, concrete foundations, and reassembly of existing bleacher components in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

The ADA accessible bleacher installation & site work specifications may be obtained through the Town’s website: https://www.townofwarren-ri.gov/residents/employment_proposals/index.php

Sealed bids for ADA accessible bleacher installation & site work will be received by the Town of Warren, Rhode Island, in the office of the Town Clerk, 514 Main Street, until 11:15 am on Thursday June 25, 2026, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Town Clerks Office, 1st Floor of the Town Hall Building (514 Main Street, Warren, RI).

The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town.
