2) Provide attachment J-6 JAX Time to clean operational areas of facilities.

3) Provide eight (8) attached working Excel Frequency Charts labeled J-7 through J-14).

4) Add clarifying language to SIR Section L AMS Clause SA18 Factors 3 and 4 only (see SIR amen 02 attached below for details).

5) Add clarifying language to SIR Section M AMS Clause SA56 Evaluation Factor 3 only (see SIR anend 02 attached below for details).

Amendment No. 0001, to solicitation 697DCK-24-R-00571 for Janitorial Services for various FAA facilities in the Florida area of the Jacksonville District is being released to:

1) Reschedule site visits due to impending weather conditions effecting the service locations; site visits will now be held between the October 24th and November 1st, IAW Attachment J-5 labeled "Revised Site Visit Schedule 10.08.24"; and,

2) Incorporate contract clause SA23, as Attachment J-6, into Section M of the Solicitation document (SIR); and,

3) Extend the deadline for questions to close on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 12:00 EST.

Janitorial Services for various Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) facilities in the Florida area of the Jacksonville District

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a janitorial services contract at various FAA facilities in the Florida area of the Jacksonville District. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set aside for 8(a) competitive small business IAW AMS Clause 3.6.1-8 Competition Limited to Eligible 8(a) Certified Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. The Period of Performance is 5 years (base year plus 4 option years).

Questions Close: Monday, 11/04/2024, 1200 PM EST

Proposal and Customer Satisfaction Surveys Due: Thursday, 11/21/2024, 1300 PM EST

Performance Begins: March 1, 2025
