Greenville County owns and operates the Piedmont solid waste convenience center located at 225 Owens Road, Piedmont 29673 . The project is to install concrete pads for two (2) new waste compactor units and two (2) charge boxes . This project includes: asphalt cutting/removal, concrete, trenching, electrical, sewer piping.
