Description:
Project shall consist of constructing approximately 7,000 feet of concrete 7’ and 8’ sidewalk to create a continuous pedestrian network from the Ellis Creek Bridge to Wilton Street on the north and south side of Folly Road (SC-171). In addition to sidewalk improvements, Folly Road will be milled, overlayed, and restriped with new pavement markings and bike lanes to increase pedestrian safety
