Release: September 16, 2026 Pre-Bid Meeting: September 22, 2026, 11 AM at the corner of Riverview Dr. and Mission Ave. Kenai, AK Last Day for Questions: September 24, 2026 No later than 12:00 PM AST Bid Due Date and Time: September 29, 2026 No later than 2:00 PM at City Hall Scope of Work: Scope of work will include relocation of a water service, construction of stormwater control structures, and installation of erosion control materials. Bidders must visit BidExpress.com to be added to the plan holder list and to receive addenda. Attendance at the pre-Bid meetings is not mandatory but is recommended. Questions may be submitted via BidExpress.com. ITB documents are available at BidExpress.com or at City Hall for a non-refundable fee of $25.00. This contract will be subject to the provisions of the State of Alaska Title 36, Wage and Hour Administration Pamphlet Statutes and Regulations, and will require 100% performance and payment bonds. |
