Solicitation Summary
This secondary competition is designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement and is limited to Master Contractors .
Only Master Contractors currently awarded a contract under Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012, Contract No. 060B2490022 , are eligible to submit a bid in response to this secondary competition Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP).
A current Master Contractor under the named contract may submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with their bid to be considered for the award.

Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) responses will only be accepted through the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system.
All questions must be submitted by 04/27/2025 2:00 PM EST .
Bid Validity: Prices must be firm and valid for 90 days after the solicitation closing date.
Notice to Master Contractors: If your firm does not intend to submit a bid, please complete and return the "No Bid Notice/Vendor Feedback" form . This information helps the Agency improve future solicitations.
