| Description: | The project is located at the Discovery Parking Ramp, 419 Jones Street and includes the removal and replacement of the existing air-cooled self-contained air handling unit, removal and replacement of electric duct heaters that heat each space, new electric connections for the replaced equipment and modifications of the temperature controls to sufficiently serve the space. The project will be completed in phases. Phase 1 is the electric heater replacement and has a completion date of November 1, 2025. Phase 2 is the air handling unit replacement and has a completion date of April 30, 2026. |
