25-011 ITB - Recreation Complex Expansion

It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to seek a licensed Florida General Contractor to construct an expansion of the City’s existing Recreation Complex. Proposed improvements will consist of a 1,953 SF Recreation Operations building, prefab restroom/concessionaire stand, multi-purpose sports fields, pickle ball courts, basketball court, associated parking, landscaping and all other components to make a fully functional recreation complex.
