Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to create and update templates for local zoning and permitting documents in response to state housing legislation passed in 2025 and previous years.

Proposals must be submitted via email to: Stacy Wasserman at swasserman@rihousing.com no later than the response submission deadline set forth above.
