The City of Compton is a charter city incorporated in 1888, located in Los Angeles County, California. The City provides a full range of municipal services to its residents and community. The Purchasing Division, operating under the City Manager's Office, administers all competitive solicitations on behalf of the City's departments and divisions. This solicitation is issued by the Department of Human Resources with the Purchasing Division serving as the administering authority for all procurement processes. The Department of Human Resources is soliciting a qualified firm to provide executive recruiting services to assist the City with the recruitment, screening, assessment, and selection of highly qualified candidates for executive-level and hard-to-fill leadership roles.
