The Washington State Department of Transportation solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide change detection analysis services using various types of remote sensing technologies and data. The primary focus of this agreement is to support WSDOT during the monitoring of high-risk unstable slopes along Washington State Highways. The Change Detection Analysis Consultant will provide change detection analysis services using various types of remote sensing technologies and data.
WSDOT anticipates conducting change detection analysis on approximately 17 high-risk unstable slopes. However, the actual number of sites, data types, and analysis frequency will be determined through individual Task Orders.
