D-26-ST-0063 - NOTICE OF INTENT
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed purchase order with NIC4, Inc., Network Innovations, U.S. Govt., 5123 Pegasus Ct. Suite X, Frederick, MD 21704 for the purchase of continued service of MSAT G2 Satellite PTT Radios with Satellite Mutual Aid Radio Talk-Group Service (SMART). To include Starlink High-Performance Terminals and requires the continuation of services and for the purchase additional Starlink Mini Satellite Terminal packages and will require the same SMART group service for those terminals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.207 (c) (16) (ii), vendors that feel they can provide the systems necessary to support and meet the Government’s requirement, may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency.
Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above to robert.j.radke@dea.gov and be received by the archive date of this notice.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c), the Sole Source Documentation is attached.
This notice does not oblige the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
