The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), 100 F Street, NE, Washington, DC 20549, intends to procure a subscription to a data feed and a user web platform for private market data including private and acquired/merged company information.
The SEC has a preference for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) subscription. The SEC is not seeking a subscription that requires development. Please refer to the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation document for complete information and instructions for responding to this solicitation and accompanying solicitation attachments.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 519290 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation is issued unrestricted.
