The Minnesota State Patrol intends to proceed with the purchase of 21 registrations for the 2026 Executive Training Institute (ETI) Expo being held April 13-16, 2026 at Rivers Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, MN.
Minnesota Chiefs of Police Executive Training institute provides curriculum and instructions that focuses on contemporary issues related to law enforcement (e.g. fair impartial policing; use of force changes and reform; officers wellness and resiliency. In addition, attendees have the opportunity to learn from and network with peers.
