Description
The purpose of this contract is to establish a comprehensive grounds maintenance program for various parks and recreation facilities within the City of Brookhaven. The awarded contractor shall maintain a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for public enjoyment. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform grounds maintenance services, which may include mowing, edging, trimming, litter removal, mulching, leaf removal, and related landscape maintenance tasks.
