Please review FAR provision 52.212-1 addendum for the
documentation required to be included in proposals.
Offeror shall provide the following in their proposal:
1.Signed SF 1449
2.Completed D.1 36C26325Q1054 Line Items.
3.Signed SF30s for any amendments issued
4.Confirmation from OEM that your company is an authorized provider and can provide preventive and corrective maintenance to the equipment listed in the section B.2 Statement of Work.
5.Documentation supporting your company can perform the required services stated in section B.2 Statement of Work.
