, 2026, at the Joplin Police Department located at 303 E. 3
rd
Street, Joplin, Missouri 64801 to PURCHASE the following:
Joplin Police Department Bulletproof Ballistic Carrier

Point Blank FAS G4 Carrier to include the following specifications:

Black in color
-
Velcro “Police” (gray lettering) 3x9 ID on back panel
-
Velcro “Police” (gray lettering) 2x5 ID on front panel
-
Velcro name strip 1x5 on front panel
-
Mag-Tak closures on cummerbunds
-
Padded shoulder wraps
This bid is to replace existing carriers for all of our officers. It SHOULD NOT include ballistic panel pricing. Sizes for the carriers will be provided by the Joplin Police Department. But winning bidder shall make themselves available to travel to our location for measurements, if the need should arise, in a timely manner. This could mean more than one trip would be required.
The supplier shall deliver all products to the City of Joplin.
