The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering services for the design of North Ave Traffic Signal Improvements (the Project). The City is seeking proposals from experienced engineering consultants to undertake improvements to existing traffic signals on North Ave from the Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) to Mill Rd/Wilmot Rd.
A pre-submission conference call is scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Please use telephone number +1 929-242-8427 access code 832 907 162#. This conference call will be the only opportunity for all prospective firms to clarify any questions regarding this RFP.
