The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering services for the design of North Ave Traffic Signal Improvements (the Project). The City is seeking proposals from experienced engineering consultants to undertake improvements to existing traffic signals on North Ave from the Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) to Mill Rd/Wilmot Rd.
