Description:

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from production companies and filmmakers who can develop and produce a documentary film suitable for broad distribution, such as public television, film festivals, etc., about the history of the Douglass High School (DHS) in Leesburg, Virginia. The County intends to award a single contract for these services.
