Scope of work: is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for Drain repairs in the basement at Onondaga Nation Health Clinic

All work on this Contract is to be completed within/by within 30 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for18th day, November, 2025 @ 2”00 PM with all contractors assembled at Onondaga Nation Health Clinic, 3267 State Rte 11A, Nedrow, New York. All potential bidders are advised that they must sign a “Site Visit Form” to verify that they have complied with this requirement of the contract. Failure to fulfill this requirement will disqualify your bid proposal.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

The selected contractor must comply with M/WBE goals. State University of New York goals are: 17% MBE and 13% WBE participation of the total contract value. State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project. This will only take effect if the bid exceeds $100,000. If the bid comes in below the $100,000 threshold MWBE goals will not apply.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
