The City of Brookings, SD is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to manage the clubhouse operations at Edgebrook Golf Course, located in Brookings, SD. The selected proposer will be responsible for overseeing daily clubhouse functions, including food and beverage services, customer service, and facility maintenance, ensuring an outstanding experience for golfers and visitors alike.

Proposals must be received by Friday, April 18 by 10:00 AM CST. Please place proposals in a sealed envelope or box clearly labeled “RFP Golf Course Management Services”. Proposals received late will be returned unopened.

Pre-Proposal Site Visit
Interested Respondents may attend a site visit on March 3rd or March 5th to view properties. Attendance at the site visit is not required in order to submit a Proposal however attendance is encouraged.
Inquiries or questions to the Buyer requesting clarification regarding the Request for Proposal must be made via e-mail and must be received prior to the end of the business day on Monday, April 14, 2025.
