Yellow Ribbon Event - MEARNG

The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Maine is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources for a Yellow Ribbon Event. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to assist in market research.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions.

Period of Performance will be a one day event only: August 2, 2025. Arrival time would be 7:00amEST for set up, 8:00amEST event begins, event ends no later than 1600 (4:00pmEST).

Location: Within 10 miles of the Interstate 95 corridor between Lewiston, Maine (Zip codes: 04210-04280) to Augusta, Maine (Zip code: 04330)

Requirements:

1: Auditorium/conference space with a 450 person capacity. Need Audio/Video capability and allowed to consume food and beverage (non-alcohol) on sight.

2: Lobby/Foyer space to accomodate a total of 35 six foot tables for vendors to set up stations.

3: Two Meeting/conference rooms with a 50 person capacity. These spaces would be utilized as childcare holding areas. Ideally they are open and free of furniture.

4: Office space/Meeting room with a 4 person capacity. This would be utilized for counseling sessions.

5: Food. Continental Breakfast and Lunch. Lunch could be a hot lunch or sandwich bar. Some special dietary options available (gluten free/Halal/vegetarian option) upon advanced request.

Submission:

Interested Businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 x 11-inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating ability to provide the above requirements. Documentation should b ein bullet format. No phone or email solicitations with regard to the status of the RFQ will be accepted prior to its release.

Your response to this sources sought, including any capabilites statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist Tom Ryan, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format(PDF), via email thomas.j.ryan36.civ@army.mil and Darlene Howes, darlene.r.howes.civ@army.mil no later than the closing date of this RFI and reference this synopsis number in subject line of e-mail and on all enclosed documents. Information and materilas submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL.
