RFB 6232 for Ice-Skating Rink Rental Services

The City of Portland, Texas (“City”) hereby issues this Request for Bid (“RFB”). The City is seeking Bids from firms interested and qualified to provide Ice-Skating Rink Rental Services. The City intends to enter into a Service Agreement (also referred to herein as a “Contract” or “Agreement”) for these services.

The Bid and all the required documentation must be submitted in one sealed envelope or package bearing the title “SEALED BID – RFB 6232 FOR ICE-SKATING RINK RENTAL SERVICES” on the outside of the package as well as the Bidder’s name, address, and contact information. The deadline for submission of Bids is 2:00 p.m. CT (Central Time) May 8, 2025.
