Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation/Synopsis notice is for an immediate and critical need of the Air Force to provide engineering support for the 309 Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG), Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ. Support includes, but is not limited to aerospace storage and preservation, aircraft parts reclamation, aircraft regeneration, depot-level maintenance overflow, and aircraft disposal. The contractor shall provide engineering professionals in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This requirement is a total small business set-aside for one (1) base year and three (3) 1-year options years Firm Fixed Price contract.



The contract will be awarded on a best value/trade-off determination. The Government will evaluate all proposals on the technical elements identified in the Request for Proposal and past performance and make the award to the contractor with the highest rated, reasonably priced offer based on a combined technical/risk rating where all technical factors are considered of equal importance.

Description



The purpose of this Contract is to provide engineering support for the 309 Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG), Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ. Support includes, but is not limited to aerospace storage and preservation, aircraft parts reclamation, aircraft regeneration, depot-level maintenance overflow, and aircraft disposal. The contractor shall provide engineering professionals with detailed knowledge of process and facility engineering standards, concepts, and practices to assist the government with identifying, defining, validating, and implementing processes for technical requirements.



This is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. The Performance Work Statement is attached.
