Respondent must submit (2) two, sealed, hard copies of their bid. Bids received after this date and time shall be returned unopened. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Council Chambers 15083 Molokai Dr. Tega Cay, SC 29708, at 10:30 AM on Friday, September 19th.
