The City of Denton, Texas (the “City”) is pleased to be accepting proposals and qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide, without limitation, material, labor, equipment, supervision, and other services (“the Work”) for its CLEAR CREEK WATER RECLAMATION PLANT.
The City will be using a one-step selection process in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, to select a single entity to provide pre-construction and construction services, using a Construction Manager at Risk contract. |
