Description: Western Catskills Community Revitalization Council is seeking proposals from NYS Certified Radon Testing contractors/firms to provide radon testing on an as needed basis for testing on up to 4 newly placed, manufactured homes (Testing needs to be done using a continuous radon monitor). Projects will be located over our service area of 18 towns throughout Schoharie, Delaware and Greene Counties. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00pm on September 19th 2025 and can be emailed, mailed or hand delivered. A full copy of the RFP is attached or can be requested by emailing reneew@westerncatskills.org . Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises, SDVOB, and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to submit.
