    A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for contract DE00405 on Thursday, February 12,
    2026 at 1:30 PM, at the NCDOT Beryl Road 5 Office in the Chief Engineer’s Conference Room
    located at 4809 Beryl Road, Raleigh, NC 27606, in Wake County. We will discuss the scope of the
    project and give bidders the opportunity to ask any questions.
    Please note, there are no Roadway or TMP Plans available for this project. Information regarding Work
    Zone Traffic Control & Phasing can be found within the Proposal.

    A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for project ME00110 at 1:30 P.M. on Thursday,
    February 12, 2026, at the NCDOT Century Center Building B, Boiling Springs Conference Room
    located at 1020 Birch Ride Dr. Raleigh, NC 27610. We will discuss the scope of the project and give
    bidders the opportunity to ask any questions. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for
    your bid to be considered.
    In addition, any prospective bidder who submits a bid for consideration for contract ME00110, must be
    prequalified in all following construction work codes prior to the bid opening on Wednesday, February
    25, 2026:
    - 000711 Concrete Pavement Repair
    - 000712 Sawing and Sealing Joints
    - 000825 Incidental Concrete Construction
    Project documents, including Proposal, plans (if applicable), or any additional information related to the
    project can be found on the Division 5 Project Letting website:

    Any firm that wishes to bid as a prime contractor shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime Contractor
    prior to submitting a bid. Information regarding prequalification can be found at:

    In order to receive due consideration for ME00110, your paper quotation must be physically received in
    the Division 5 Contract Engineer’s office no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2026
    Likewise, in order to receive due consideration for DE00405 and DE00427, your electronic quotation
    must be submitted in the online bidding portal no later than 2:00p.m on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
