Empire State Plaza Boundary Survey - CAPS #9287

The New York State Office of General Services is interested in a fee proposal for a boundary survey and boundary survey map for a parcel of State-owned land at the Empire State Plaza.

The project will be to survey a parcel of State-owned land of approximately 86 acres known as the New York State Empire State Plaza and East Parking Garage.

Contractor will survey a portion of the existing pedestrian walkway (horizontal & vertical) connecting the Empire State Plaza to the MVP arena to the south side of Eagle Street.

Contractor will complete a full boundary survey utilizing the New York State Office of General Services, State Assets and Land Management Standards and Procedures for Surveying and Mapping (2014).

Available OGS site records will be provided to the successful bidder.

Survey shall tie into existing site monuments and be prepared in the same coordinate system.

The survey shall include any improvements within 15 feet of the boundary but does not include the other interior site improvements. Survey should also include the curb line closest to the boundary line. (Planimetrically)

All known easements shall be noted and depicted.

All encroachments shall be noted and depicted. Large scale insets may be incorporated to reflect details.

All non-existent property corners shall be set using survey markers that are approved in advance by State Asset and Land Management survey staff.
