Description: Western Catskills Community Revitalization Council is seeking proposals from NYS Certified Environmental Professionals and Asbestos Inspectors, to provide analysis and testing for hazardous/toxic materials and site contamination for a Manufactured Mobile Home Replacement Program #20243017 which will be administered throughout 18 towns in our service area of Schoharie, Greene and Delaware Counties. Proposals must be received no later then 4:00 pm on Friday September 19th 2025 and can be emailed, hand delivered or mailed. A detailed and full copy of the RFP is attached or can be requested by emailing reneew@westerncatskills.org Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises, SDVOB, and Section 3 Firms are strongly encouraged to submit and preference will be given to them.
